1. Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (unopened if sealed).
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If a figure arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and the packaging. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
3. How to Start a Return
Simply email our support team with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization and a shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund for non-defective items.
