We pack our clay figures and mega drops with extreme care to ensure they reach you in pristine, museum-grade condition.
1. Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Pre-orders or custom figures have their estimated shipping windows listed on the product page. Please note that during mega drops, processing times may be slightly extended due to high volume.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Because of the size and delicate nature of some artifacts, freight shipping may be required.
3. International Shipping
We ship globally! However, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Toy Brand is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
