• If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, a 10% deduction may be made from the amount paid, and the remaining eligible amount will be processed according to our refund procedure.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address and contact information.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the outer package at the time of delivery.

If the outer shipping package is visibly damaged, crushed, torn, opened, or otherwise appears to have been mishandled, please DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE.

The customer should request the delivery personnel/courier to mark the shipment as damaged or refused due to damage, wherever possible.

THE TOY BRAND may not be able to accept responsibility for damage reported after a visibly damaged package has been accepted by the customer.

If a product appears to have a genuine defect or damage that was not visible from the outside of the package at the time of delivery, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order.

For damage or defect claims, customers may be required to provide:

• A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package;
• Clear photographs/videos showing the issue;
• Order details; and
• Any other information reasonably requested by THE TOY BRAND.

The unboxing video should clearly show the condition of the package before opening and the product immediately after opening.

Refunds are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy.
